1. Disclaimer

Creative IQ Lab provides professional creative services, including but not limited to design, branding, packaging, and online store visuals. While we strive to deliver work of the highest quality and strategic value, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, improved search rankings, or greater market exposure. Such results are influenced by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, advertising budgets, consumer behavior, and platform algorithms.

All creative work is developed using information and materials provided by the client. Creative IQ Lab shall not be held liable for any errors, trademark conflicts, copyright infringements, or legal disputes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized content supplied by the client.

Revisions are limited to those included in the selected service package. Any additional revisions, alterations, or requests outside of the original scope of work may incur additional charges.

2. Service Policy

• Project Commencement & Payments
  Projects commence following approval of the project plan and receipt of 60% advance payment. A further 30% is due upon final delivery and testing. The remaining 10% is payable upon formal project closure. All payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed milestones. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not available once a project has commenced.
• Client Responsibilities
  Clients are required to provide all necessary content and assets (logos, brand guidelines, product images, text, etc.) prior to the start of the project. Delays in the provision of materials or feedback may impact delivery timelines.
• Communication & Approvals
  Creative IQ Lab will provide drafts or mock-ups for client review and approval before finalizing deliverables. Final project files will only be delivered after client approval has been confirmed.
• Error Corrections
  Clients are entitled to request corrections of errors within project scope only for up to 30 days (1 month) following delivery. Requests beyond this period, or those outside the agreed scope, may incur additional fees.

3. Delivery Policy

• Standard Timelines
  Standard delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• File Delivery
  All final digital deliverables (design files, brand kits, images, etc.) will be sent via email or through a secure, agreed-upon file-sharing method.
• Limitations of Liability
  Creative IQ Lab is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, such as late provision of materials or delayed approvals.
